First and foremost, on decks, wooden porches, patios and fences, mold and mildew treatment is crucial. Diluted bleach is sprayed on all surfaces, it’s left to react, kill and absolve all mold and mildew. After an hour, we do a complete pressure wash and rinsing of entire fence.

The following day we came back and restrained this fence color match semi transparent latex exterior stain.

Deckscapes was our product of choice for this project. It’s available at all Sherwin Williams stores and I stand by this product as it stands up to the elements in Tennessee weather conditions for years and years. This was sprayed and back rolled with a 3-quarter inch cotton nap roller sleeve.
